charitable.top facilitates charitable donations and fundraising. We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions; we do not store full credit card details. All donations are processed in accordance with our Payment Processing Policy. You acknowledge that charitable.top may deduct a service fee or platform fee from each donation, as disclosed at the time of donation.

2.4 Campaigns and Fundraising

Organizations and individuals may create fundraising campaigns on charitable.top. By creating a campaign, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including charity solicitation regulations. You represent that all information provided in your campaign is truthful and not misleading.
